This policy explains what information Zecro collects through zecro.co and what we do with it. In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, the type of project and anything you write in the message.

This site doesn't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
• To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• To keep a record of our conversation with you.

We don't use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.

Who else processes it

• Web3Forms receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and handles its network traffic.
• Google Workspace hosts our email, where your message is stored.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for working with you, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@zecro.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date above.
